      kahaa ho tum ke ye dil bekaraar aaj bhee hain
      where are you for my heart is still desperate for you.
      Wo waadiyaa, wo fijaayen ke hum mile the jahaan
      those beautiful sights of mountains, greens where we first met
      meree wafaa kaa wahee par majaar aaj bhee hain
      our true love's beautiful post/temple/spot still exists there.

      Na jaane dekh ke kyoo unko ye huaa yehasaas
      ke mere dil pe unhe ikhtiyaar aaj bhee hain
      I dont know why but i still feel that their love still has assurance what i truly feel.

      Woh pyaar jis ke liye humne chhor dhi dhuniya
      wafa ke raahame gaayal wo pyaar aaj bhi hai

      for that love i'd walked way, today in fields of promise faith of love it lying wounded.
